I say go to your doctor, you have nothing to lose by doing it. But the pain in your left leg sounds like shin splints. Have you been trying to increase your mileage too quickly/been running too fast?

You are over your sodium and carbs every day, so you'll be retaining water weight. So long as you keep up your water intake, it should drop off!

I eat Porridge (so oats with milk rather than water) and I used to have a tsp of cinnamon, brown sugar and raisins every day but am trying to wean myself of so now it's only a treat! I now have blackberries and cinnamon.

I have my hair about to my chin with bangs so I take a hairtye to tie up as much as I can then I use bobby pins to get the rest! Those 'non-slip headbands' don't work for me.

40g of porridge oats, a splash of skim milk to cover them up (about 150ml) when it's cooked add 1/2 a tsp of brown sugar, a handful of raisins and 1/2 a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Absolutely delicious!
