I would love to hear how you modify it. I want to do it but I don't know how to fit it in with my running.

Whoa! I've gained 20 lbs in a cross country road trip vacation in two weeks. Yikes.

Shoes are tied too tightly. Untie them before you get on the elliptical.

I'm new, just started yesterday with the chest and back workout. I'm looking forward to see results.

It looks like where I was exactly 6 months ago until I went and got my RMR tested to see what my true numbers are. What an eye opening experience that was for me. Good luck.
-
not sure but my nutritionist recommended I move my macros to 55 c/30 p/ 20 f after a new study about fat consumption as come out.

I had my RMR and training zones tested in June/July and it was the best thing I have ever done.

My favourite is anything by The Offspring.

whoa, and I thought I was low. When I had my RMR tested mine came out to be 1092. My guy then put it into the formula to see how much I approximately burn everyday. I'm a PE teacher and mother to two young boys so he said I was moderate. This does not take into account how much I work out. These are the numbers I got. 1092…

my week starts Sunday.

When I wake up early to hit the gym before my boys wake up then I don't eat but when I wake up at 7 and I don't go to the gym until 9 then I eat a regular breakfast.

I use my scale almost daily. I even use it instead of pulling out tablespoons, cups, etc since all the items also have the servings in grams. The scale I have can go between grams, ounces, kiligrams and pounds. I love using the scale for peanut butter which is my favourite. I put the jar on the scale, zero it out then take…

I agree with everything said here. I had my RMR tested as well and mine didn't come out with ranges likes yours did. My guy did the test, then plugged in my RMR then he manipulated the formula on the computer program and told me a calorie number on what to eat. Also since I had my training zones tested he was able to tell…

You are correct and your hubby is wrong. You did not gain muscle from one week of running.
-
It didn't for me.

The calculators had me at 1403 but the RMR test gave me 1092. To answer someone's previous comments I have a fitbit. On a regular, non work day, non exercise day the Fitbit has me at around a 1700 burn. That is just regular moving around and tending to my kids. Since I had to lie still for the RMR I can see how it gave me…

I had mine tested a couple of weeks ago. Mine was off by 311 calories.

I like listening to The Offspring when I'm running.

this exactly. I'm doing the moves correctly in Zumba but it has to be the least favourite workout. I'd rather spin or do a body pump class where I know I'll break a sweat and get my HR up.

Sometimes I put coconut oil in mine or a scoop of protein powder. Other things I have put in mine are sunflower seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, almond slices, cinnamon.
-
I wouldn't.

hello, I'm 5'3" and I have around 20 lbs left to lose. You can friend me if would like.

I have a fitbit and I love it. I have both accounts linked to each other. You log everything on MFP, even certain workouts and everything gets synced over to fitbit. Fitbit will also take into account of how active you are during the day and give you exercise adjustments on MFP. I have to go but if you have more questions…

I love My Fit Foods but I don't do the challenges. I go every Monday and get my lunches and dinners for the week. I love not having to worry about portion control and the time I save making my lunch at night for the next day is priceless. Good luck with the challenge.

What scientific studies? and how does it contradict me? Have you looked at her food intake? Just from the previous two weeks where I have looked she has eaten some sort of chocolate bar/candy/cookies EVERY day. You don't lose weight eating that stuff EVERY day.
-
well if a calorie is a calorie then the OP wouldn't have a problem. She eats too much junk, processed food. Like others have suggested she should focus on a clean diet. No processed food, lean sources of protein, fruits, veggies, whole grains.
-
I totally agree.

very sad indeed. His magazine and tough love advice has been an huge inspiration and motivation to me.
