Day 3 of Chalene extreme done. Got up at 4am started my workout at 4:16 was done by 5am.

I feel so good! I went walking at lunch and then did another mile after work. Today I walked a total of 54 minutes and burned 371 calories.

I just got back into my routine on today my starting weight is 274 and today I met up with my workout buddy and we started training for my 2nd 5k and her first. I haven't weighed in yet but I will weigh in by the 8th.

Currently I'm doing 21 day fix but I really want to get into lifting so I'm starting a challenge group on the 20th where some of us will be working out to 21 day fix, others PiYo and Chalene extreme.
