chips are horrible for you...no matter if it's in your calorie goal or not. i have quaker crispy mini rice cakes...dill pickle...they r amazing! fil u up better and really no diffirence in taste for me, they come in so many diffirent flavors! mmm!

Take a look at what your eating. even if your at or under your calorie goal...are you eating alot of processed foods? if you are get rid of them, eat healthy natural foods, you will see a diffirence. Are you eating back your "workout" calories burned? dont...this is the only place ive seen it done and i never eat them back.

try eating slower(chew each bite for 20 seconds), drinking water before, inbetween and after a meal.( have a glass each time) and fiber!! it fills you up and keeps your pipes workin great! lol
