When I am weighing meat, do I use the raw or cooked weight?

Raw...always raw, unless its a whole chicken your cooking.0

Hmm. I weigh mine cooked. *shrug* I guess as long as you're consistent and the calorie count is for cooked, or raw if you're weighing it raw it should be ok.0
