I'm 5ft, hovering around the 155-160's area. My highest weight was 240, possibly 250 but I logged on here as 240lbs. My goal is to be around 140 due to my build but as of now, I'm comfy where I am! :) Just trying to preserve that muscle and lift heavy!

I cannot stand the taste of Lays BBQ Chips. I used to be able to eat the big bags of them without fail. :D I recently had two smaller bags about two days ago. The moment I started eating them, there was just a taste to them that made me ill on my stomach! Even thinking about them make me nauseous. I just stick with the…

The fitness pals I have on here are very supporting! When I first stared, I didn't have any support which can be a bit of a downer! I always wondered Who can I share my success with if you only have a certain amount of friends whom are too far away to see you? I gathered a good bit of support on here and it's helped me…

I really don't mind! I'm always mixing my foods no matter how odd it may sound. Thinking I was the only one but my friends do the same! I've done it for the longest time & I've stuck with it till now. :) You do what you do, it doesn't matter what others think! You never know, something that may sound like an odd…

I'm 5ft as well. I started here last year about 8-9 months at the weight of 240. It took me forever to get down there but I didn't really notice a change until last year. I went on a cruise and I was about 190. I noticed I was getting smaller around my waist but below my waist is where all my trouble areas are! Still a…

Nope, have to say myself! My mom didn't force me to eat everything off my plate but I knew I was going too! Even if my mom fixed my portions a bit smaller, I'd always be the one to go back and fix it even bigger. At the time, I didn't think I was eating too much at the time but then again, didn't have as much knowledge…

You can definitely see a difference all around, wonderful job! Keep going strong, you're doing great! :)

I do! I usually know what I'm going to have because it's mostly the same foods. I'll add food here and there and tweak my workouts but it works for me! It helps great deal (I feel quite organized when I get to cooking because I already know how much I need to cook of a certain food) so I know what works or what I want to…

I'm 20 y/0 and 5 ft exact. So far, I've lost 61 pounds and looking to lose 50 more to be down on the scales + to maintain when I get there! When I reached my goal weight recently, I rewarded myself with working out harder + enjoying my favorite food that I haven't had for months----sushi! The sushi was great but the…

I'm 5ft, 20 years old & I started out here at 240 (Yikes, I know!) I haven't met anyone around my height or age (or in general) whose started out where I have so it makes me feel bad that I got that high in weight. But I haven't given up on losing the weight to get to my goal! My goal weight to hit first is 180 (one pound…

I'm 20 and so far, have lost 40+, almost reaching my goal! Feel free to add me, I'm glad to make any new MFP friends. I'm always on here, reading/giving the motivation and tips people give so it helps to get through the rough days. :)

My motivation is the progress I've made since being on here. :) Everyday, I see changes in my body that I used to have when I was in middle school which was a couple of years ago. I used to be around 150 in the beginning of 6th grade and then around 180 when I was in 8th grade. Still average to me but most definitely…
