Search 'strength training' under cardio. I think it's because the calorie burn is so different for everyone that they don't give calories burned under the other one.

If you have a fitbit then trendweight.com is good otherwise myweighttracker.com and you should be able to see if your average is going up or down or staying the same. hope this helps.. can be a pain to work out where you're…
