Im convinced this "gain" is just water retention. I havent been able to lift the past couple weeks due to a 3rd degree burn I gave myself helping my son with a science project, but its finally healed enough so decided to lift yesterday, but i decided since I have minimal time during the week to workout, I would do 2 lifting sessions in one day, so I did legs, back, abs, and a 2 mile run yesterday, and I hurt so so bad everywhere, so was a successful workout, but also caused some water retention, but just more to lose for next week0 -

So I decided to re-weigh in today because I knew yesterdays gain was just water retention, so I am down 1.4lbs from just yesterday3 -
OK, wow! I happened to see my last post response....I AM SO SORRY ADMIN. I will never copy and paste my stats again, I wasn't expecting to paste everyone else's, so I apologize to all those members. Ok, on to what's been going on: I started this challenge in the beginning of October and with that, I added a fitness regimen using a strength training program which means that my weight is fluctuating tremendously! The scale is going up and down and with all of this being said, how am I supposed to track my weight loss if I'm gaining because I'm putting on muscle mass (trust me it's not a whole lot) BUT I'm losing inches. Anyone else in here going through the same thing?
