with all of this being said, how am I supposed to track my weight loss if I'm gaining because I'm putting on muscle mass (trust me it's not a whole lot) BUT I'm losing inches. Anyone else in here going through the same thing?
hey @jess1879 I'd recommend using a weight averaging website to even out your ups & downs. If you have a fitbit then trendweight.com is good otherwise myweighttracker.com and you should be able to see if your average is going up or down or staying the same. hope this helps.. can be a pain to work out where you're heading!0 -

Excited for next week, as I've been battling a cold this week and I haven't gotten 10k steps since Monday and haven't gotten a workout in all week. But I'm on the mend so, Monday back to clearing 10k+ steps and working out.
