eat the cupcake its worse to obsess over not having the cupcake. i decided to cut out my favorite treat sugar cookies, i started dreaming about them and obsessing i was miserable, broke down and ate 5 from subway. ive learned to treat my treat like a treat and enjoy a little when i have the urge.

I tried it and found that I was hungry. You dont get enough calories in the day and end up overeating. Also there is a lot of sugar. You'll probably lose weight but as soon as you change youll put the weight back on. Its good for quick temporary weight loss not long term weight management.

It depends. My current boyfriend says he likes my body and doesnt want me to get too small. Im 5'7" and weigh 200lbs. I believe that the overall preference is shapely with a flat stomach (not washboard abs)
