  • My resolutions (health/weight related): -To get to a weight where I feel comfortable. Be it 160 or 120. -Eat less processed foods and more colors. -Break my addiction to food. -Get my mind in a better place to make this journey and keep it long term. -Workout 3-5x per week. -Log, blog and status update.
  • I've had a pretty good run at it so far! I actually switched from being on WW and started calorie counting on Sunday, so for Sunday & Monday, I was within calorie goal! I also signed up for an online personal trainer and life coach! Waiting to get my nutrition and training plan back soon!

  • Go in the last week of the month, that's when they are trying to meet quotas! Also, go on a day/time that isn't super busy for them as you will likely be the only one in there asking for membership details. This worked for me as well as the aforementioned items and I got a VERY low monthly rate with no contract.
