Since the beginning of 2016, I've slowly gone down 27 lbs from 310 to 283...not really seeing a difference... 310+ 283

I lost my first 10 lbs within the span of 2-3 months. I opted for the slower loss so that I could transition seamlessly into the better lifestyle with small changes. I lost 15 lbs in a month last summer and felt so deprived that I gave up and fell off the food wagon.

I LITERALLY just ordered this bike and it came this morning. After it got put together, it's not small but it's not super large. I used it for an hour and it works GREAT! And it wasn't super expensive, either. It was $160 + free shipping.…

I had a fitbit but I hated it as it was never accurate and then stopped working after only a few months of use. I went to a plain-Jane pedometer that measures steps, daily activity in minutes, distance, calories, and it even has a daily goal bar that shows your progress toward your daily goal. It comes with a clip but I…

I pan-grill a chicken breast, throw on a little salt and pepper and a smidge of ranch seasoning, then chop it up into bite-sized pieces and serve it over rice with a vegetable on the side, but you could easily sub the rice for potatoes! Doesn't take long to make, either! Always comes out with loads of juice and flavor. :)

I'm really not an expert lol but maybe over the course of the remainder of the week, try to shave 100-200 calories off of your intake each day to make up for the 900 surplus. That's what I would do but I'm sure there are other ways to counter it. Good luck!

Well I'm only down about 20 lbs but I started in size 24. (big, I know!) But NOW, I'm in a size 22, AAAAND I moved in a notch on my belt! Small victories for the win! :) :) :) :)

Oh yum! Mine are similar, just a lot more basic. Mine just consist of peanut butter, oats, bit of honey, and mini dark chocolate chips. I'll occasionally throw in a bit of cinnamon if I'm feeling like it. They're so filling!

My new favorite way to do chicken is simple...little bit of salt and cracked pepper with a sprinkle of Ranch seasoning. Throw it in a pan with a smidge of oil (your preference). It is deeeelish!

I LOVE both, and before I would have normally opted for the beef over chicken. I do feel fuller with beef. Now I realize chicken is *generally* healthier/better for you, and eat more chicken. But, I still love beef. Both are great in moderation.

I've been following this thread for a while. It's my go-to for inspiration and motivation, and boy do I need motivation as I have a long road ahead of me. The 1st 2 pictures are from May and November 2014. By November 2014, I was at 315+, but I was always too afraid to look at the weight on the scale, so the exact weight,…

I have that exact question...for now, I've been listing it as Cardio: jumping jacks (vigorous) kickboxing (including turbo jam)---->as close to squat and punching and butt kicks as I can find in the database) boxing, punching bag rope jumping, moderate, general Strength: pushups front squats, barbell, arms crossed lunge…
