there's nothing inherently unhealthy about chicken or beef...

Depends on the cut...
As a rule may treat is beef, but I eat chicken (thighs) three or more times a week.0 -
I find them both to be about the same from a satiety standpoint.0

I LOVE both, and before I would have normally opted for the beef over chicken. I do feel fuller with beef. Now I realize chicken is *generally* healthier/better for you, and eat more chicken. But, I still love beef. Both are great in moderation.0

Both contribute well enough to feeling full. I tend to stay away from red meats because they make me sick sometimes. Turkey sausage is my best friend0
