I was prescribed drugs for depression, it's the easy answer for a doctor. Never had any of them filled,I found that the worlds best anti depressant was the gym and weight loss. Even when I didn't see results on the scale my body felt so much better from going to the gym, fresh air walks in the sun and feeling accomplished.

Great article DittoDan I think I will ease up on the intensity as needed until I am in ketosis then see how I feel. I can see myself doing the targeted carb boosts around weight training in the future to keep lifting progress going

I do stuff that I like and call them active rest days, but I have a lot of weight to lose so I think it's needed. I do boxing for fun and I'm a golf pro so I'll walk 18 holes on an off day 5 miles

Quick question with ICF 5X5 do you add 5 lbs to compound movements just like SL until you need to deload? What about the accessory exercises how often to you increase the weight?
