  • I like it, but it is pretty high in sodium. There is a low sodium version, but haven't tried it yet.
  • Chicken breasts pounded thin and rolled up with fresh spinach and a little low fat mozzarella cheese. Topped with some low sodium mushroom soup/ fresh tomato mixture over brown rice and some roasted asparagus. Haven't made it before so we'll see how it goes.
