Honestly I would never have started to exercise as much as I do if it were not for the fact that I get to eat those calories back. Now I just love to exercise, so really a win win.

I eat back my calories, or at least 95% of them. I like that I can have cake, cookies, ice cream and pizza (okay, not all on the same day!) as long as I am willing to do something in return. I loved the Duplo block sets- more gender neutral an encourages motor skills and role play. We had a lot of different sets.

The number of calories you burn depends on your current weight. The 30 Day Shred DVDs burned around 225 calories for me when I was in the 170's. I would recommend them as they made a noticeable difference in my body. Good luck!

I'm on LivingSocial and Groupon and they actually have runs in my area on their sites about once every two months. Often they are listed for between $15 and $20 dollars.

Fruit. Pineapple, strawberries, blue berries- nature's candy. My daughter love it. Those cuties (small oranges) are always a big hit with soccer teams and classrooms alike. Technically not homemade!

I had my gallbladder removed in my early twenties and have not missed it at all. I have not noticed any digestive issues although I was warned that there may be some. When I was breastfeeding and not really exercising much (I would walk for maybe half an hour to 45 minutes a day) or watching my calories I still lost weight. It may seem like 2200 is a lot but you are still basically eating for two!

I say eat them back, but if you are going by the calories MFP gives you for exercise you might not want to eat 100% of them. People say MFP is off by as much as 50%, depending on the exercise they are logging. I wouldn't exercise nearly as much as I do these days if I couldn't eat those calories back! Ha.
