  • Drink a lot of water. It helps. I have been very fortunate to not have loose skin.
  • For the 1st 15 pounds, not too much of a difference. However, now that I am almost at 20 lbs. lost, it seems that people who don't know me are nicer when I am shopping or strangers would talk to me. I don't think my personality has changed at all.   • I would add a slice of lemon in your glass of water or some fruit in a water bottle. There are many brands out there now with a separate section to hold the fruit and water on top. Adds slight taste to water without adding a lot of sugar or sweetness.

  • 5'5", Current Weight: 199, 25.5" upper thighs at largest point. Always had larger thighs (but firm) even when I was in very good shape and weighed a lot less. Also, I'm curious if anyone has different measurements for left and right side of their thighs?
