I do body combat twice a week, love it, its hard work but soooo much fun, feel great after i finish a class :-)

i have just joined mfp and find i am over my sugar every day and it mainly comes from fruit, milk and yoghurts, rather annoying seeing it go into the red without even a sniff of chocolate or wine

we have 4 kids so I either make us all the same (nothing wrong with them eating healthy food) or if they all want something naughty i will cook for them and i just grab a meal i have stored in the freezer. My husband likes to eat healthy but also likes to eat crap on an eveninvg

Welcome, i am a newbie too 5 days so far and finding it really good. i am 39 and hoping to be fit at 40 haha you would think having 4 sons to run about after i would be as skinny as a rake.

I joined mfp last week and it set me at 1200 cal, my husband thinks this is too low and will make my body go into starvation mode especially when i exercise 5 times a week!!! I will stick at it till the end of the week and see what the scales say and how i feel

I'm planning on weighing in weekly, i am on day 5 today and dying to have a sneaky stand on the scales to see if its working or mot ;-)

I am new on here too :-) just busy adding lots of my recipes to the database to make it quicker each day. Good luck on your journey, I have the end in sight on mine 34.4lbs off so far just another 10 or so to go:-)
