Thanks everyone. I see a small difference in the first one. Think I was expecting more, which is why I did the second pic! Huge difference!! Can't wait until I reach my final goal!! I know! I'm on week 3 at the moment and running for 3 minutes is hard enough but it's getting easier!

I've experienced the same thing! Ive lost 33lbs but am still wearing the same clothes and cannot fit into the next size down (well I can nearly but its a bit tight!). My clothes are starting to feel alot more comfortable so the only thing that I can think of is I was wearing the wrong sized clothing in the first place.…

thanks for the advice guys! Didn't realise I was that stupid. It's just frustrating and sad to see her struggle with everyday life. She struggles to get off a chair, walk up the stairs. How long will it be until she does want to lose the weight

Ive logged in for 26 days now and have weighed every morning for about 20 of those days! The last 6 days I havent because the scale was not moving and it was frustrating. I got on it today and have lost 2lbs! best surprise ever!!! Going to try and go another week without weighing in!!!

I usually go for the same thing for breakfast as I'm not a morning person and I'm usually rushing out the door to work, so usually I have either some toast or cereal. But today is my day off so I'm going to have some mushrooms, an egg and half a tin of baked beans on toast!! Will fill me up for a while ???? and it's yummy!
