I used to weight train a lot. I think my metabolism has really slowed down. Cardio does not seem to take the weight off for me as well as hitting the weights. I am 5'11 217 and 36 inch waist. I biking few times a week and plan to go on 30 ds. Right now im at 1900 calories for day..... i am 5'11 217. I try and avoid carbs. Probably should keep peanut butter in office and have a scoop. Diary open now.

check your measurements, if your clotehs fit fine it could be water weight / muscle.

People in France eat a lot of butter and are some of the leanest people. It is all about portion control.

rigger i am 5'11 217 now. i managed to hit 2000 net yesterday and it was not too bad. i am replacing my lunch with a shake. but you are right i don't want this to be torture. when you say -23% do you mean excersise? should i go for 1 lb a week?

exactly, it's amazing how fast the calories go up. for me the wine adds up.
