16 oz rib steak
I had a nice 1200 calorie rib steak tonight......and i don't feel guilty. Damn was it good. It least it was zero carb :-)

God low blood sugar yesterday
I had eaten just 600 or so calories up until 7:30pm I was busy at grocery store and I started getting really hungry and clammy sweating and a little weak. I had to ingest sugar and ate crackers but it is a sure sign I have to be careful and spread the calories throughout the day.

Week one and no weight loss
Stayed under 1900 calories all week and zero weight loss. Any of you had none or even gained the first week?

Less cravings
week 1 into this and i find it easier. Today i have 983 calories left and i just had my dinner shake. Trick is big breakfast you stay full until 4pm.

Biked this morning to my breakfast
This morning i biked 6 miles before eating breakfast, just had half a bran bar for my 6 mile bike. Then had 2 eggs bacon and home fries. Biked back home burned 630 calories :-|)

Hungar Pangs
I am usually ok between breakfast and lunch. Between 2pm -4pm is when I get the worse hunger. Any tips after lunch on how to curb the cravings while in the office?
