Starting to feel it kick in

Don't know if you all feel this way, but there is a point where you feel your body starting to gear up. It has been 3 weeks I have changed my eating and I can feel my body responding even though I have not seen it yet on the scale.

I used to train a lot in the past and I had an easy time since my metabolism was faster. Now at 38 it has become a challenge but a challenge I am ready to tackle.
