week 1 into this and i find it easier. Today i have 983 calories left and i just had my dinner shake. Trick is big breakfast you stay full until 4pm.

    Im not finding myself to be hungry either. I know I should eat more but so far, no problems. I guess I'm at week 4. Keep it up man!
