First post!

Hello everyone! I am still fairly new to myfitnesspal. 25 days straight logging and going strong! It has really helped me watch what I eat. Along with running the past four weeks, I have lost 10 pounds. Putting good stuff in me and exercising has really boosted me mentally. I just wanted to introduce myself and go the next level with friends here. Thanks and many blessings to each of you!

    You certainly have the right attitude. I don't run but try to do other type exercise. Logging daily has been the best tool for me to keep accountability. If you'd like an "older" friend then feel free to add me. I don't have many friends because I find that too hard to keep up with and to offer encouragement. Have a great day!

    That's awesome! Y'all keep at it! I think that it's a lot of fun to keep track. Makes those grocery trips much fun as I learn about different foods.
