I just recently quit drinking soda. I was addicted to Dr. Pepper and Diet Pepsi! I drank probably 5 to 6 cans a day. I just quit cold turkey. I have never been much of a water fan. Start weight lifting and eating a bit more. A lot of people eat way too little and wonder why they don't lose weight. It could work.

A little update... I jogged for a total of ten minutes on the treadmill today. That's jogging, then walking, and so on. I was pretty proud of myself even though that's barely anything to most people :p I think I'm going to try the couch to 5k app!

Sparkteens is a good website to use, like the other posters said. I think that if you are making healthy meals at home, they should start noticing how they should eat by your example. Maybe encourage them to go workout with you as well?

I would love to be 180 or lower.. I have never worn a bikini and probably never will thanks to my stretch marks from having a baby :D but I would rock a tankini!!
