I seem to do well going over on protein .....I havn't done this on purpose but I seem to eat more food like it please take a look at my dairy and get some ideas.

I am at 1200 at the moment but need to up them as just done my BMR I need to be doing 1325 so will be aiming for that a day now .. feel free to add me :smile:

sound adivce Thank you , I did mean nosey though the diary and see what I eat but some people do go ott when they do , my last years diary is very different to this year and restarting etc but last year I was training for 100k walk , now I am just wanting to be the right size for a healthy me ... :wink:

I am back on tracking after a long time of and trying to get back into it this time I kick started with a good loss my dairy is open and not all my choices are great but I do eat well...I think. feel feel to add me .

I have horrid ones on my tummy , when having my 1st child i was so slim and didn't have stretchy skin and well they actually ripped open and split bleeding i had to have special ointment for them but that didn't really make no odds ......they are just part of me and have learnt to live with them :)

My heart rate has gone down since i have been exercising but to get it up i do some hill work or sprints your body will get use to the work outs so put some extra effort in your have to push yourself more or maybe chill for a bit and then crack on with the workouts .
