mine was accurate at the time I got it. Now it's about 30 lbs off.

also I thought I'd add that I've lost 30 lbs in the past 3 months

I do it DAILY at least like 4 times per day. I read in Shape magazine that people that are aware of their current weight, even if it's water, tend to make better eating decisions throughout the day. & I agree. I weigh more in the evening than in the morning by about 3 lbs, but it's pretty consistent so I know not to "freak…

change your diet completely. try all new healthy foods. dont JUST worry about calories.. also eat little fat and little sugar/carbs. running is good, I love to run also, dont just walk.

you can definitely target your thighs.. there are 5 machines at my gym that are the BEST! look for these: Leg Press (all around) Leg Curl (hamstrings) Leg Extension (the top part of your thighs) Hip adduction (inner thighs) Hip abduction (outer thighs) and of course cardio. but those machines will tone your thighs all…

to be honest, I've been avoiding going out or hanging out with people when it involves food.

I lost 17 in one month, so yes.

TWO few calories? anyway. I only eat about 800 calories. My metabolism has not slowed down (according to the electrical scale) I have been losing a lot of weight.

what? I'm usually STARVED after a workout. I usually have breakfast before my workout (something small like a boiled egg, and some fruit) and then about 20 or 30 mins after a workout I have a protein bar. works for me.

OH ALSO, I get my chocolatey fix with Jell-o's sugar free chocolate pudding. SO GOOD.

switch to dark chocolate? antioxidants! also, you should use the splenda made for baking to make desserts, cutting down your sugar.

I have the reebok easytones. I just posted something about them on here haha.
-
because they are made for everyday activities and walking. I am a runner, and I actually got new running shoes about a week after I got them. I like them but I just don't really need them! I figured I'd sell them for an affordable price since they are $100 on the reebok website. I just put them on eBay for $20, but I don't…

p.s. you should be able to do your body weight on the leg press machine.
-
leg press, leg extension, leg curl, hip adduction and hip abduction. every gym should have all of these machines! my personal trainer has me do these 3 times/week and I'm on the third week and i seriously have already noticed a difference.
-
your body could be used to the routine. change the diet up a little bit. and no, don't eat "more". if you're seriously trying to lose weight, don't re-eat the calories you burn. maybe eat smaller meals more frequently, or lower your carbs and fat.

I measure all my liquids, but I usually log an amount that is obviously larger than what I'm actually eating, so I don't go over. like if I eat a few blueberries I'll just log the whole serving, even though I didn't have close to half a cup of blueberries.

I tried, it said "this food cannot be edited" I'm assuming because there are so many confirmations
