I take a day off during the week in between my workouts usually Wednesday and take weekends off too..so 3 days . On my rest days I try to still get in my steps though

I workout out first thing in a fasted state but I also have a late night snack before bed which is usually carbs the night before. Do what works for you experiment with both and see how you feel.

I find it hard to get in alot of protein too and Im not vegetarian lol My goal is 130g I usually have a shake a day post workout and I like mixing greek yogurt and cottage cheese for my afternoon snack and sometimes ill have a protein bar if im low on protein. I'm also back again counting macros and intermediate fasting...I workout 4 days a week . I combine carb cycling with fasting with pretty good results...add me if you like :)

I do lower carb not keto (20%) ..I just looked up an online calculator to help me with fat and protein im doing 30% protein and 50% fat ...add me if you like :)

Just start logging again and make healthy choices...anytime I fall off the wagon I come back and log my food and exercise and it gets me back on track :)

I watched alot of YouTube videos starting out to get my form right first there's lot of stuff on there. But classes at the gym helped too! Iost over 100 pounds without a trainer and built muscle in the process you dont need a trainer but it could help.

What kind of creamer are you drinking? I use international delight hazelnut and its only like 35 calories per tablespoon and I usually use 2

I just try to eat healthy and limit my snacking, I also walk on all of my breaks to keep me moving! I find eating a larger breakfast usually oatmeal blueberries and a boiled egg and it keeps me full till lunchtime

I recently starting working out before breakfast because I dont have alot of time and seem to work out better this way. But I do eat my breakfast right after my workout so Im not eating anymore or any less . It just works for me !

I often eat right before bed, usually 930 at night I just allow the calories for it and try to keep it healthy!

I came back to read these comments ....2 kids later and I'm back with about 30 pounds to lose. Its helped to come and look at these comments :)
