You can add me...I lost 100 pounds 5 years ago, since then had 2 kids they are 3 1/2 and 1 year old . I have about 30 pounds to lose ...not alot of time for workouts working full time as well but doing what I can at home and lots of walking. Focused on logging food and making healthier choices.

I lost over 100 pounds five years ago, I have since had two beautiful kids but got about 30 pounds to lose. Most of the friends I had on here are no longer around, so also looking for some friends for motivation :)

I have lower back issues so I tend to do the front squats or goblet squats

It took me 7 months to loose 50 lbs , I work out 5-6 days a week from anywhere from 30-60 minutes and usually eat around 1500 calories . But it is a good idea to take measurements as well. 1-2 lb loss a week is a healthy loss , you need to give it time

I have done both in the past...when I first started out and didnt know much I did cardio then strength and then all I heard was do your strength training then cardio....not sure whats right but I had gret results both ways I tend to lift first now then cardio as I too find I can lift heavier this way.

I know someone that did it, she did loose 100lbs in like 6 months but it does not look good and she was loosing her hair-doctor stated not enough fat in her diet. I would be starving if I went this route and I dont like to be told what to eat when -lifestyle change is much better for me anyways.

You look awesome....I much prefer free weights over the machines as well ....I like some of the leg machines at the gym but free weights for everything else.

I love ground turkey I use it in my lasagna, stuffed green peppers, tacos, make turkey burgers , chilli, I just replace ground beef with it maybe try playing with some spices that might help I also use ground chicken.

I get up 5am to workout I never eat before hand ....always after I think I would be sick if I did too !

I have mine after my workout usually in the morning, I use whey protein,unsweetened almond milk and frozen berries and blend it up..yummy :)

I get up at 5:15am to workout and in bed by 11pm ....just getting back after 2 weeks of vacation and the 530 am workouts are tough getting back into need to go to bed earlier I think lol :)
