I make a smoothie in the morning for breakfast after my workout...1 scoop of protein, 1 cup of almond milk, half a banana and 1 tsp of peanut butter with ice...yummy!

I have a nighttime snack every night...just make sure I have the calories for it and try to make it a healthy choice :)

You look awesome....I'm doing p90x as well less than 2 weeks left then on to insanity my scale has barely moved either...I was also a daily weigh-er and changed to just get on the scale once a week cause it was frustrating me...thanks for sharing :)

I agree it doesn't matter...I always have an evening snack sometimes as late as 10pm and I'm bed by 11pm Ive still had success!

I usually add frozen fruit to my protein powder usually strawberries and bananas or blueberries with water and ice, Ive done 1 tbsp of peanut butter and a banana ....very yummy :)

Bump....I usually eat the quaker weight control maple & Brown Sugar and add in 1/3 cup of low sodium low fat cottage cheese for the extra protein with water.

I've tried to eat it plain and I just can't do it...Ive heard from a friend to mix it with my oatmeal so that's what I do and its yummy...lots of other great ideas on here though that I will try :)
