Have you changed up your diet or excerise at all? Last time I was in I asked my dietian (have one for my kidney disease) and she said that as we lose weight the natural resistance also goes down, making working out for our bodies easier so it is necessary to make adjustments.

I also us the smallest part for the waist and the largest part for the hips. The calculation between those three along with your neck can give a body fat number. Just like measuring the for a bra size you need the biggest and smallest to get the difference so you know what cup.

I simply put it on my stoneware (Pampered Chef) and put it in the oven until a little tender. Since the stoneware isn't suppose to have oil on it I leave that step out, plus it is healthier without. Sometimes I sprinkle some parmessian cheese on at the end or sprinkle some Tastefully Simple Smoked Paperika seasoning on it.…

I so agree...and glad a friend introduced me to it. It is wonderful that I can adjust my nutrition goals to match that of what my renal dietian has suggested for me. Journaling has never been easier!!! and being able to print it out is a huge plus. This site has almost become a healthy addiction.
