  • be patient, you can do it. move a little more, eat a little less...and forgive yourself if cake or ice cream intrudes now and again!
  • loud music always helps. try stuff you normally wouldn't listen to, fast tempo or aggressive is best. if you hate it, say "one more verse and my workout is done". if you love it, "dang!! only one chorus left". your workout will go by much more quickly. and if you need to slip, one scoop is okay!
  • first, all caps is yelling ;) i understand your frustration. the people here can help you if you take a deep breath and let them. good luck.

  • don't target an "ideal" weight. lose some and see how you feel. it is amazing how good it is when you can buy even one size smaller.
