:happy: Hello all! Just completed my first food and exercise info in the diary. We're always eating our own dishes and I'm glad that there's a way to create your own recipes. I'm hoping that the tools will speed up the entry process. Thanks for any tips you can give me. Take care.

loud music always helps. try stuff you normally wouldn't listen to, fast tempo or aggressive is best. if you hate it, say "one more verse and my workout is done". if you love it, "dang!! only one chorus left". your workout will go by much more quickly.
