I am almost done with the program and it really works! I'll be running my first 5k in Feb!

I have a 3 year old and a 7 mo old. I go to the gym early in the morning before everyone wakes up. I've tried to workout at home during the day, but something always comes up. It's taken a lot of discipline to get up that early, but to me it's totally worth it. I'm trying to get my eating in line with my exercising right…

I think 106lbs at your height is reasonable. From your other responses, it seems like you are doing it healthy and that's what matters! Congratulations on your progress!

I actually have quit, but when I gained back the weight I worked so hard to take off I recommitted. Now whenever I feel like quitting I pull out my skinny, goal weight pants and try to squeeze into them. I'm getting closer! Then I make a new goal and get back to work!

Maybe comparing a before and after pic would help you see it. If you think you have taken it too far though, maybe you its true and you might need to seek help before you develop an eating disorder.

It took me about a week to really get the moves down in TurboFire and once I did, I really enjoyed the workout. I have not done Chalean Extreme, but I know there is a hybrid program the blends the two workouts together.
