so I'm making a safe list, as I call it, of items to buy and use them in different ways for different meals. so far my list has oatmeal, almond milk, grain bread like whole wheat sandwich thins, almond butter, egg whites, Greek yogurt, veggie burgers, spinach, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, and quinoa. is this good?? and what meal and snack ideas can I use?? need advice and help please
