At one point I had lost about 10lbs, and it was a friend's birthday so we went out and just totally got sloshed. I must have had about two pitchers myself, and I didn't gain anything... in fact, I was 2-3lbs lighter the next day, LMFAO. I like to assume the beer just killed everything else that was in my stomach. :P

Mine hasn't come since I started out at the gym and such yet, but I'm waiting to see whether it's going to kick my *kitten* like it normally does haha. I've had a few people tell me that all this exercising and such should help the cramps and whatnot as time goes on - I'm hoping they're right!

I weigh myself every monday when I wake up after I pee. :P Sometimes I will weigh during the week if I feel like I haven't stayed on track just so I can kind of see where I'm at, but I try to stay away from the scale as much as possible.

My personal trainer told me it's a good idea to take a couple of days off a week from cardio and weight training. You need to give your body time to rest and adjust. :)

If you're also doing P90, you could be gaining weight in muscle as well. Are you taking measurements? The inches will speak for themselves better than the actual weight loss will.

I don't really have too much advice to give you, but while reading your post the first thing that popped into my head was a juicer/Magic Bullet kinda thing. You could always blend up your fruit and veggies into smoothies!
