  • Don't worry about it, enjoy the chocolatey taste in your mouth and start fresh tomorrow! lol - trust me, that will barley make the slightest bit of difference to your diet, you deserve a treat every so often or your body will be miserable! good luck with the rest of your weight loss, and let this one slide :)
  • Try mixing wholegrain mustard with a bit of light mayo - about 20 calories :) and try with a spicy chicken salad :) yum!
  • I took that out of my daily intakes...the -80 or so was annoying!! haha - i love fruit, and since taking it off it has done me no harm what so ever, if i had a banana and an apple in one day it would go wayyy over, it really frustrated me! i took it off and have no regrets (she types munching a pear lol!)
  • I agree it's his birthday so he should choose!! restaurants usually have healthier options, and you can always alter when you order, eg- no dressing on salad, or less cheese on pizza Ordering fish can be a lighter option too!! :) xxx
  • I'm addicted to no added sugar alpen museli with fresh blueberrys!! i also love shredded wheat bitesize with fresh fruit like bananas, or blueberrys!! i hate sugary cereals, i think they are too morish and not satisfying!!

  • I'm 5'9 and weigh 95 :( shocking i knowits horrible i look like a bag of bones :( cant believe i have been so stupid, but i want to gain about a stone or 2, not sure how long this will take because i obviously dont want to gain too quickly but goal weight about 130 at the moment, just need to get some meat on my bones!!
