Thanks. I just realized that I hadn't input my exercise and that makes a difference in what is shows you should have. So I put in the exercise and now I'm under for calories, but still quite a bit over for fat. I guess mostly from the sunflower seeds. And the cheese.

I don't limit any fruits, but I limit how much of it I eat because of the sugar. Normally I have 1-2 servings a day. I try to have a variety--right now I have oranges, kiwi, mangoes, blueberries and strawberries in my kitchen.

Ugh. I have a love/hate relationship with diet coke. The most I was drinking was 710 mL / day. I will go weeks without having any, and then one day have a can and I'm hooked again. My motivation so far has been how I feel physically and mentally when I take care of my body by eating healthy and staying active. I am also motivated to stay healthy to lower my chances of heart disease, etc. I want to be able to participate in activities without being out of breath after 5 minutes.

I try to check out the menu online beforehand and find some healthy options. My typical choices: green salad, grilled chicken or fish, eggs, grilled/steamed veggies.
