weed eating is a out of the ordinary activity for me! and yes I have wore it while weed eating! My odd one would be while shampooing the carpets. I burned around 500 for about an hour and 20 mins. It was three rooms and 2 sets of stairs!

I have portion control issues too, so to overcome it I measure everything!!!! My husband laughs at me over this, but I helps me. I use measuring cups, spoons and a digital scale. My portions of meat and the real portions were WAY different! Lol. Before I eat I log my food into MFP to make sure I have enough calories left.…

Katwood, the gym I go to is a 24 hour gym, you have a key card to open the door and 80 percent of the time the staff isn't there. I just started it too. I am on Level one day three. So far so good. It doesn't last that long and that makes me feel like I'm not doing enough. Although at the end of the 20 mins I am dead! I am still doing cardio at the gym.

I think what may be confusing you is that 6 is a level not mph so if you are running on level 6 you could be going at 10 or 11mph. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong!
