      I LOVE this thread. It's really helpful when I start feeling like maybe I can't lose the weight. Really hope I have before/after pictures someday! Congrats to all of you =)

      As far as I know, 36 lbs gone. I didn't know my weight in the before photos -but when I started MFP was at 179 (and I'm 5'5"). Currently I'm at 142-143, which is toward the top of the healthy BMI range...

      These are my first before and after photos. The first two photos were taken when I started at MFP March 19, 2010 and weighed 206 pounds. The second two photos were taken today, April 15, 2010, after losing my first 10 pounds.

      I still have a lot of work to do and am only one third of the way towards my initial goal of losing 30 pounds, but I thought the profile view change was pretty dramatic. I didn't realize that 10 pounds would make such a difference.
