Okay. Here goes. I just finally had my boyfriend send me the "before" pictures he took of me this winter. I really can't believe I had regained as much as I had. I mean, I knew my jeans were getting tighter and the scale had gone up over the past couple of years, but I guess it just wasn't registering when I looked in the mirror. Ugh.
Before is from back in... November, I believe. I was 145 lbs. (I apologize for the bra & underwear. But, I guess I figure it is no more revealing than a bikini.)
After (or, really, "In Progress") was taken yesterday, 129 lbs. I am 5'3.5. At first I wasn't tracking my diet as consistently and then the holidays happened so I got a bit off track with exercise. Then in January, I had eye surgery and had to take a whole month off any exercise beyond walking (which was soooo frustrating because I really felt fine). But, since about March I have been losing just under 1lb/week. I am not quite at my goal. I don't quite know what my goal weight is, but I know that I would like to see even more muscle definition. I'm guessing 120-115 would be about right.
Hi - you look great! This is really encouraging for me bc.. I look like your "before" and am having a hard time visualizing making any more progress. (Specifically, the flat stomach you've got going on!) I'm about 5'4.5 and 144...
Would you mind sharing what exercise you've been doing and how closely you've been sticking to your calorie goal? (I want those abs!!!!)0 -

Wow you guys. I think I want to try P90x. I've been on a plateau for the past 6 months, and I need something to get me off of it. I'm tired of busting my butt at the gym and not getting any results. Thanks for this you all!0

I'm about half way through my journey to my ideal weight.
June 2009 270 lbs
last week. 235 lbs
So far I've dropped from 270 to 235. But I only became serious about weight loss since November of last year and started using MFP. Until then I had only managed to lose 10 pounds.
I absolutely LOVE your shirt. Where did you get it??0 -

Here I am. I have reached my original goal and lost 25 pounds. I hope to continue on to lose 5 more pounds and keep toning and shaping, but I will feel pretty good as I walk down the aisle next month.

I am unsure how to paste pictures into an e-mail. But on my page at my highest weight,252, was in May of 2008. I finally started taking action in September of 2008 and today I am close to goal at 148.
my page http://www.myfitnesspal.com/photos/view/899383 252

I have no photos of me at 148 yet.
Anyway, it takes time and a lot of ups and downs and I hope to reach my goal by the end of June or get really really close to it.0 -

Wow You look great. This is inspirational for me. I too started out at 224 (well 225) and right now I'm stuck around 175lbs. What did you do to get where you are? I'm having trouble believing that I can lose any more or get thinner. Thank you!0 -
BUMP - for sure, for sure!0
