I can't get over how different everyone looks. I would love to post before and after of me but I post from work and I am now blocked from photobucket. Plus the fact that my user id has my last name in it and this site blocks part of it. LOL. If you look at my profile you can see a before picture of me and the one in my avatar now is my latest.

ive only been here since last july and havent REALLY put my all into it all the time
but this is the pic that made me think "oh my GOD I have to do something NOW"
and this is me just last week
i havent weighed in in like...months. so i couldnt tell you what ive lost. and the before pic Im overflowing my size 12 jeans and i think i shouldve been in a size 16. now im in a size 10...SO close to single digits!
my goal is to be able to wear this kind of outfit again

Can you load the photos you want to post to your MFP photos profile? If so, you can do that and then pick them from there and post on a message board (like this one).
To get a nice-size picture, just move it to your main image temporarily and right click on it to see the menu of options.
Then click on "properties" (at thebottom of the list) and you will see all the properties, including the address of the photo now in your main image area.
Then highlight that address and hit CTRL & "C" keys at the same time to copy it to your clipboard. (Works easiest if you have MFP open in either 2 tabs or windows so you can get the photo's address on MFP copied to the clipboard while you are typing your post in the other) .
Then swiitch back to the window where you want to post the picture and start a new line with a left brace " [" followed by the lowercase letters "img" (means "image" is from the location following the right "]" (no spaces between the punctuation and "img").
Then paste the MFP location you saved previously in the other window from your clipboard
Then do the ending tag "img" including the punctuation "[" and "]" on both sides again but add a "/" right before the "img" to tell the computer this is the end of the location where to find the image.
In the following example, the main image photo on my profile would have been posted if I had used lowercase img instead of uppercase IMG.

This one is about a year old, but it's back from when i first started. I was competing with a friend to see who could make the best transformation in under 90 days. I'm still continuing today and I've been quite happy with the results so far

Here are mine:
I call these my before and halfway...
The first is me at my heaviest... about 280. The one next to it... was last March at around 240.
This is my most current I have... at around 215ish?
Right now I'm at about 205, and I don't plan to take another pic until I'm UNDER 200! My goal is 160.0 -

are u asking me ? lol i hope its not silly to assume you were..
no big secrets. i even eat bad stuff from time to time. i started with a whole lot of just cardio to shed quick weight and now i do 3 days of weights a week. but most of the time i eat well right around 1500 calories.
i go to the gym mondays, tuesdays, thursday, friday and saturday. tue thur and sat are the days i put weights in...
i have no idea how i lost so much so quickly but now im stuck at this size and i see the last 25 being much harder. but i dont care if i takes a friggen year im doing it! haha0
