Help!! ... I can't find Calories Information...

I ate at Lonestar Stake house today and I had the Big Garden Salad... I can't find that information ANY WHERE! ... Can someone help me?

I searched and could not find it either...but here is a site that I use a lot when going out to eat...www.dietfacts.com/fastfood.asp
If you can not find it I would look for another resturant that has something very similar and just use it..sorry I could not help more but check out the site I just gave ya and add to favorites..you may find that it comes in so handy..0 -

fyi i work at a restaurant and some places dont have to post their nutrition information.
mine is a growing chain and not even our managers know how many calories are in things.
thats why i like to look up the nutrition info BEFORE i eat out and then its helps me narrow down the restaurant choice and my meal. just an idea- might wanna do the same0 -

Sometimes salads are packed with calories depending on what is on them. If they use regular dressings instead of light, than that can do the most damage. You could always add each ingrediant indvidualy and see how it adds up. :flowerforyou:0
