  • Not always true, I've had plenty of doctors tell me to eat "healthy whole grains" for a diabetic there is no such thing. A "healthy whole grain" is still a carb, which is glucose in the blood.   • Garmin Vivoactive HR. I've had the Fitbit Flex and Charge HR, but the Garmin blows them both away. The only thing I don't like about the Garmin is the "community" or "groups" isn't as user friendly for finding other people and most of my local friends are on Fitbit.

Yesterday I hiked the first .8 mile of cactus to clouds, it was no joke....910 vertical feet in 3/4 of a mile and it doesn't let up for 7500 more feet.
