I usually only drink when I go out. I tend to have wine or sometimes I order light beer or vodka and cranberry. I tend to normally go the gym before I go out and burn alot of calories. You can have a drink and just have fun. You can always go the gym the next day and work out.

Hi! I'm in the same boat as you! Instead this year I am living off campus. I'm trying eat healthy and loose weight, but its hard to find time to go to the gym. Any advice on how I can gym time into my schedule and how to eat healthy? I'm trying to loose atleast 30-35 pouds before June.

Same here and join the club! My goal is to lose 20 pounds by the end of Octobe and so far I lost 11 pounds in a month and 1 week. We can do it!!!!
