I'd love to join if it isn't too late!
A little about me.. I was 310 lbs at one point in my life and I've struggled with getting the last bit of weight off. I set a goal in November to break through my plateau and get below 200lbs before the end of the year and I did it! I lost 21 lbs and I'm excited to just keep going and finally reach the finish line!

This is the first time I've done anything like this- a bit scary!1 -
Hello!!! I am glad I stumbled on this thread. I'm a little overwhelmed by ALL the weight I need to lose so this manageable bite size of a goal. A little about myself- I had to kids (now 7 & 9) then went to grad school for 5 years (just finished this June- YAY!) and my weight has steadily increased since (+30 since having the kids and +20 since grad school). All these numbers aside my main goal for 2017 is to be healthy and sane about my eating (Just say no to emotional/stress eating!). My first step goal is 10% of my current weight by my 45th birthday so 20 by March would be right on track. This isn't my second time trying MFP but I'm hopeful and progressing with caution.
