yeah that sounds perfectly fine I would'nt worry about it, i mean mine is 2500 to 3000 and I'm quite a bit shorter than you too, and your working out I think that sounds about right

I don't think it changes anything when you eat or workout but i have realized with myself that working out on an empty stomach makes me 100x hungrier throughout the day

Yes, I know the feeling. I hate when people just like stare at you because your eating like a pop tart or chocolate for once, It's like seriously what I eat shouldn't concern you as much as it is right now.

Running six times a week, and lifting about two or three I should take up tea drinking though...that actually sounds really good right now.

Just darn right delicious, but I'm not a big chicken fan unless its on my sub from subway or in the form of nuggets or deli meat :P

Usually breakfasts I like something large, sweet, and filling so I can last til lunch time, Usually I have oatmeal with peanutbutter, Egg white french toasts, Eggs and bacon, Yogurt Banana flat wraps with honey, yep :)

Run everyday expect for maybe sunday always four or more miles somtimes four plus hill drills or mile repeats :P cross country probs.

Learn the basic lifts, squats, bench, pull ups, cleans, deadlifts, dips, whatever and Google and YouTube form. If you can do more than 12-15 reps you might be going too light, try to go for compound lifts and only have a few isolation lifts if any, make a routine, stick too it, and you'll get results.
