Hello, i have cut out my cholesterol an things of that nature...... i have switched to egg beaters an turkey sausage. Its actually yummy. I havent had any complaints during the change. Also turkey bacon bits are good as well. Also for dietary fiber ive switched to the fiber one chocolate squares. Those are yummy as well.…

Ive done around that per day or so an I havent found any issues with it so far. I now the website advises you to eat at least 1200/ day. So you should be good :)
