Breakfast and lunch ideas

I was just wondering if anyone can give me some advice on quick breakfast and lunch ideas. I found out today that 1/4 cup of cinnamon almonds for breakfast and lunch are way to fatty!

I found this muffin online one day when I was searching for healthy breakfasts

i switched out the canola oil for unsweeten apple sauce. I also did add in the dark chocolate chips but I didn't add the walnuts. The muffins are really dense but they are good! 1 kept me full for a couple hours so I definitely recommend them. And with the way I made them, they were under 200 calories each.

egg white omelettes are also really great for you if you have the time to make that in the morning. If not, and you can make these muffins one night, grab one and some fat free yogurt and you should be good to go!

Good luck! Feel free to add me as a friend
