Haha there isn't a drinking culture here but it's an eating culture. So usually for celebratory events we go to good restaurants, chinese/japanese/korean aka foods i love but so high in carbs.

A little late to the party but here it is: SW: 146.6 CW: 141.3 GW: 136lbs 6/1: 141.3lbs (surprised that I only gained 3 months after a month of eating like a pig) 9/1: 138.8lbs (some bowel movements happened :)) Lost: 2.5lbs.

5'4 and I want to get to 116 just so I can say I lost 30 pounds, but 120 would be good too :) My biggest motivation is to look really good and that even though I didn't control my eating during the Christmas period at all, my weight has stabilize at 138-141! So I guess for me it'll be a slow and steady process.

CW: 138.4. Slightly worrying since I have been losing weight a little everyday since last Wednesday. But I did eat less (1400-1500/day) on thurs to sat to cancel out that Wednesday binge. Oh well! I'm back to 1800 calories this week, so we'll see how it goes!

My only lifting is the machines, which I'm sure some would consider not proper lifting at all!
